Privacy Policy

Draft for review by your attorney before launch. Last updated November 2026.

What we collect

When you use our form we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, optional email, city and state, details about the incident, and your answers to our questions. We also record your consent, the time you gave it, your IP address, browser type and the page you used.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your possible injury claim and, with your consent, to share it with one or more independent law firms in Massachusetts or Rhode Island that participate in our advertising program. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, Harborline and participating law firms may call or text you, including by automated means, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to be removed.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing harborlinehelp@gmail.com.

Not legal advice

Harborline is an advertising service, not a law firm. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship.
